Terms & Conditions — Raw Click

Welcome to Raw Click, a mobile application that transforms events into collaborative, time-bound photo experiences. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Raw Click, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules applicable to specific features. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Raw Click. By using the app, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to sign in using Google, Apple, or another third-party provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

Photos captured during events are shared with other event participants and stored securely on our servers. You grant Raw Click a non-exclusive, limited license to host and share content within the app ecosystem. You retain full ownership of your photos.

5. Event Rules

Photos can only be taken during designated event time windows.
Previewing of photos may be disabled until the event ends to encourage authentic captures.
Event creators control who can join and access their event galleries.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
Misuse the app for purposes other than its intended use.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the app.
Access or use the app in ways that could harm, disable, or impair Raw Click's infrastructure or security.

7. Advertising Identifier

If permitted by your device, we may access the Advertising ID (AD ID) for purposes such as internal analytics, fraud detection, and usage tracking. We do not use it for personalized advertising. You may reset or disable this ID through your device settings.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Intellectual Property

Raw Click, its logo, branding, and app content are owned by Chayon Sinha. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of the app without written consent.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Raw Click at any time and without notice if you violate these terms or misuse the app.

11. Disclaimer & Liability

Raw Click is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted functionality or the absence of errors. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from your use of the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of laws.
