Common questions

Open Raw Click, tap the create button on the home screen, fill in your event name, date, and guest limit. You'll get a unique event code instantly. Share that code with your guests and they can join straight away.

Guests need to download Raw Click, create a free account, and enter the event code you shared. Once they join, they're given their own limited roll of shots.

That's by design — it's the disposable camera experience. Photos are locked until the event ends. When the event date passes, the full shared gallery becomes available to everyone who joined.

The number of shots per guest depends on the event plan chosen by the host. This creates the fun scarcity of a real disposable camera — making every shot count.

You can delete your own photos. The event host has additional moderation controls to manage the shared gallery.

Raw Click is free to download. Some event plans (larger guest limits) are available as in-app purchases. Basic events are free.

All purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. To request a refund, please use the platform's standard refund process — via Apple's "Report a Problem" page or Google Play's refund request flow. We are unable to process refunds directly.
